Smart Choice Consulting

A UNH graduate who specializes in Psychology and Business, Glen has spent the last 19 years in laundry management. In this time, Glen created the Smart Choice system which analyzes each factor within a laundry operation. 
During the implementation of the system, at various plants throughout the U.S.,  Glen discovered the overwhelming need for a positive and productive team culture. Using fundamental tools to help create and motivate staffing has proven to be a unique approach with great success.
